  • It is the responsibility of each one of us to protect children, young people and vulnerable adults from physical, sexual, emotional and spiritual abuse and to report any abuse discovered or suspected

  • We recognise that our work with children, young people and vulnerable adults is the responsibility of the church

  • Our church is committed to supporting, resourcing and training those who work with children, young people and vulnerable adults and to providing supervision.

  • Our church is committed to following the guidelines and procedures published by the Diocese, including its good practice guidelines.

  • Each worker with children, young people and vulnerable adults will be given a copy of the guidelines and undertake to follow them.
